Repairs & Maintenance
**Before you bring any item to our shop, please make sure it’s washed and clean. Wash it well with soap and water, and dry it off. This helps keep our workspace and other products clean. We won’t introduce things that are dirty into our shop, so it’s important to clean them first.
We’re good at fixing many canvas items, like replacing strataglass in them to help you avoid buying a whole new panel. But we do need to see what you have before we can determine if we can replace it. We do have pricing for strataglass replacement:

When it comes to the cost, we charge based on how long it takes and what materials we use. Right now, we charge $125 for every hour we work on your item. Since each repair is different, we can’t tell you exactly how much it will cost beforehand. But, if you want, you can tell us how much you’re willing to spend, and we’ll stop the work at that limit.
If you’ve got something with a cushion, it’s likely impossible for us to fix without damaging it. Most times, we’d need to cover the cushion with new material instead of just fixing it.
