Robie Canvas, LLC is a family owned and operated business specializing in marine canvas fabrication of boat and marine enclosures, bimini tops, cushions, and upholstery.
We’re a former U.S. Navy family who’s roots are from Cumberland, RI. We started this venture as a team who share a passion for the love of boats and being on the water with the intent to create a business that specializes in custom marine canvas of high quality.
We are also now partnering with Hazzard Marine in the Webster, MA lake area offering pontoon seat covers, mooring covers and upholstery.

Get a new bimini before next summer
Need Canvas?
As you winterize and wrap your boat up for the winter, make note of any new canvas work you need done for your spring launch. Late winter/early spring right up to mid-June is our busiest time of year as boaters are looking for their new canvas at launch.

Is your canvas still new but needs a light touch of repair. We can re-sew broken stitching (we only use the best UV stabilized thread), add patches or reinforcements where needed, replace zippers, replace windows, and fix most things you bring us. If you bring in a repair, we do insist that they are thoroughly cleaned and dried before bringing them in.

Materials
We offer a variety of fabrics, including the latest Sunbrella® colors, standard marine Sunbrella®, SeaMark™, and Stamoid® fabrics. The best quality window vinyl in .040, or .060 gauge is available in Strataglass® for the best clarity and scratch resistance. We also offer Makrolon for those wanting hard window options. SolarFix® UV stabilized sewing thread is the only thread we use as it’s guaranteed in writing to outlast your fabric!
Our Approach to Marine Canvas
We offer free estimates and won’t do a bait and switch with pricing on the final bill. Send us pictures and a description of what you’re looking for. We’ll provide a rough estimate for your project. Contact us for a quote and we’ll get back to you right away.
As every boat is different, we take all patterns on your boat and custom bend frames to match your setup. We only use marine grade materials, and fabricate and install like it was our own.
